Services

We provide lawn care, landscaping, irrigation, hardscaping, and related property maintenance services in Medford, Oregon and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and site conditions. Quotes are estimates and may be revised after on-site evaluation.

Quotes & Estimates

Quotes provided online, by phone, or in person are estimates based on the information you supply. Final pricing may vary based on actual property size, condition, and scope of work. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Scheduling & Cancellation

• We will make reasonable efforts to honor scheduled service dates.
• Weather, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling.
• Customers may cancel or reschedule recurring services with at least 48 hours' notice. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
• Recurring services may be billed weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly per agreement.
• Past-due balances may incur late fees and could result in suspension of services.

Property Access & Conditions

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property and to identify any hazards (such as pets, sprinkler heads, invisible fences, underground utilities, or fragile features) prior to service. We are not responsible for damage caused by undisclosed hazards.

Communications & Text Messaging

By submitting a form or providing your phone number, you agree to receive calls and text messages from Grass Gator Lawn Care related to your quote, service, scheduling, account, and Google review requests or feedback follow-ups. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Satisfaction & Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a service, please notify us within 48 hours and we will work in good faith to make it right. We do not warrant results impacted by weather, soil conditions, pests, or factors outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grass Gator Lawn Care's total liability arising out of any service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and branding — is the property of Grass Gator Lawn Care and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Jackson County, Oregon.
